The accommodation is all on the ground floor.  There are two bedrooms, one double and one with full size bunk beds.  There is also a sofa bed in the living area.

The living room and kitchen are open plan with French doors leading on to the sunny terrace and private garden, complete with small fruit and vegetable plot where strawberries, beans and courgettes are available in season (PYO!)

The living/dining area has a TV/DVD player and the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bathroom has a bath and electric Mira sports shower.

Central heating is provided by the latest ‘green’ Fujitsu warm air system, which also becomes air conditioning if needed.
